Welcome to Dubai Skyline Experiences. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dubai Skyline Experiences website (dubaiskylineexperiences.com), services, and products ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Dubai Skyline Experiences provides access to exclusive skyline experiences, rooftop pools, premium breakfasts, and other luxury experiences in Dubai. We act as a booking agent, facilitating experiences on behalf of our venue partners. The actual services are provided by these venue partners, subject to their specific terms and conditions, which may be communicated to you during the booking process.
To book certain experiences, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
When you make a booking through our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your experience.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made at the time of booking using one of our accepted payment methods. All payments are processed securely.
A service fee of 5% is added to all bookings to cover processing costs and platform maintenance. This fee is non-refundable even if your booking is canceled.
You may cancel your booking subject to our Refund Policy. Different experiences may have specific cancellation policies that will be communicated during the booking process. General cancellation terms are:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Some experiences may not be eligible for rescheduling, as specified in their specific terms.
For outdoor experiences, unfavorable weather conditions may result in the experience being canceled or rescheduled. The decision to cancel due to weather is at the discretion of the venue partner. In case of such cancellations, you will be offered a rescheduling option or a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Many of our experiences have specific dress codes, which will be communicated during the booking process. You agree to comply with these dress codes. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without refund.
Some experiences may have age restrictions. You agree to provide accurate age information for all participants and acknowledge that proof of age may be required at the venue. Minors must be accompanied by an adult where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Skyline Experiences shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services or from any experiences booked through our Services.
Our Services may include links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the experiences we offer, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our Services. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.
Participation in certain experiences may involve inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing and assuming these risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the venue partner. Participants with medical conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before booking experiences that may be physically demanding.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistributing, or publishing any of these materials without prior written consent from Dubai Skyline Experiences is strictly prohibited.
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Dubai Skyline Experiences shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption of electricity, internet, or telephone service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dubai Skyline Experiences concerning our Services.
